Samantha Hunt is the author of The Seas, and a winner of the new ‘5 under 35’ National Book Award. Her work has been published in the New Yorker and McSweeney’s. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where she studied science and English and teaches writing and bookmaking at Pratt Institute.
